How long does shipping take for a Dualtron scooter?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days.
What is the warranty policy on new scooters?
Every Dualtron scooter comes with a limited 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, and internal electronics. Consumable parts like tires and brake pads are excluded.
Can I return my scooter if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the scooter is in its original packaging, unused, and showing less than 3 miles on the odometer. A restocking fee may apply.
Are Dualtron scooters water-resistant?
Dualtron scooters are designed with an IP54 rating, making them resistant to light splashes. However, we strongly advise against riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles to protect the battery and controllers.

Do I need to assemble the scooter upon arrival?
Dualtron scooters arrive 95% assembled. You will only need to secure the handlebars, check tire pressure, and ensure all bolts are tightened before your first ride. A tool kit is included in every box.
